Adaptive Scuba - Twin Cities
Experience the feeling of weightlessness and the joy of breathing underwater with the Try-SCUBA course. This brief introduction to scuba diving is taught by certified dive instructors from Midwest School of Diving with experience in adaptive sports.
Each Try-SCUBA session lasts approximately 60-90 minutes, combining classroom learning with in-water pool activities.
While not a scuba certification course, Try-SCUBA is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. Open to ages 12 and older.

Who it is for
This class is open to people who are 12 and older. Scuba diving is naturally a partner sport. We encourage friends and family members to sign up with you.
What to expect
You will spend about 60 minutes in the water with a certified dive instructor from the Midwest School of Diving.
Good to know
This is not a scuba certification course.
In order to participate, specific forms need to be signed by your physician. These forms must be completed and turned into the Sports & Recreation department prior to participating in the class.

Fee information
$45 per class.
No participant will be turned away due to financial hardships. Cost sharing and scholarships are available. Contact the CKRIsportsrecreation@allina.com for more information.
